Reasons to love it, and reasons not to

The pool area is fantastic, & the versatile breakfast menu caters to every taste! Plus, the friendly staff went out of their way to ensure we had a nice experience.

On the downside, noise from the street was quite disturbing at night! The limited variety of dining options nearby could be a downside for those seeking culinary adventures.

It was a great budget resort that was perfect for our family. Close to Patong Beach, with shops and restaurants very handy. Basic accommodation at a great price.

Housekeeping were a little inconsistent with replacing towels on occasions.

being on the southern edge of patong it was quiet at night .staff were friendly and a free safety box at reception was good.

only the view from the front door of the room was not great but that's Thailand . would recomend this hotel if you don't mind a 1 km walk to bangla road or a 200 baht ride in 4 wheel tuk tuk.

The resort offers a lovely pool area and attentive staff. The proximity to the beach is ideal, with just a short walk required. The reception service was disappointing, marked by rudeness and poor communication, impacting the overall experience. The breakfast setup was less than satisfactory due to a noticeable presence of flies and bugs around the food.

The rooms were large and lovely. Well located on the corner of the Patong circuit, within easy walking distance of the beach, the shopping and the nightlife. We just loved the feel of the place

Pool was tiny, we were not allowed to check out an hour later even though the hotel was not even half-occupied.

Magnificent location close to the major attraction of Phuket, I loved it.

Recommend it for families looking for a good time

The family suite where we stayed was huge, seemed like we were in a small apartment. Just steps from the pool, we spent hours lounging there, while the kids played happily was good. The breakfast buffet offered so many options each day. I never ran out of choices.

It wasn't exactly wallet-friendly, but I'd say it was worth it.

Value for money, and close proximity to the beach (around 200 meters).

There are mosquitos in the room. Also, the mattress on our bed is too firm for my liking.

i liked that although the hotel is near the road and cars are moving there all the time i didnt hear a sound from my room its very quiet

The location is perfect, just a short walk from Patong Beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, with a large bathroom that I appreciated. The pool area is inviting. The breakfast offered a nice variety each morning, and the pool bar served refreshing drinks. There were some issues. The front desk staff could have been more cute. Their attitude felt a bit cold during check-in and check-out. I faced a problem with bugs in the bed, quite unpleasant. I reported it, but the response lacked empathy. Noise from the main road was noticeable, especially at night. Even with these downsides, I still found my stay enjoyable due to the great location and decent amenities.

It was relaxing for us as there were not many children as it is not really a hotel designed for families with young children. It is great for couples or singles to relax. The staff are great - very friendly and helpful especially Max the pool bartender. He is always so happy and ready to sing or make you a cocktail. It is close to the beach although not on the beach front and within walking distance to Jung Ceylon shoppong Centre and Bagla road. I would definately stay here again.

The bathrooms need a good clean with bleach. I think the standard rooms should be provided with tea and coffee making facilities or at least a kettle.

Calm and comfort close to the beach

The outdoor pool was perfect for family fun, and the staff helped us explore the nearby food night market, just a short walk away. The breakfast selection was a hit with the entire family, keeping everyone's energy up for our adventures.

In my wife's opinion, the shower pressure needs improvement. The lack of family-friendly amenities could be better.

Best staff, satisfactory breakfast, fantastic location close to big shopping centre, and the Patong beach, markets and all the clubs. A huge variety of options for breakfast in the cafe. Efficient services. A cafe in the reception.

The staff were very sweet and helpful in getting us where we wanted to go.

The rooms and resort look nothing like the pictures! It is very dated and is not as nice as the pictures seem. We were very disappointed.
